INVESTORS:
I work directly with banks and Asset Managers in the negotiations of bulk acquisitions. I negotiate wholesale pricing on properties for Real Estate investors to sell for a profit.
WE DO THE FOLLOWING:
-Follow distressed properties
-Bid at trustee sales
-Coordinate entire remodels from start to finish
-Property MGT, tenant lockouts, re-key, vandalism, security
-Provide at least two quotes for my investors
-Same day BPO's
-Notary Public
